Want refund on my purchase.

Ok.. Just bought it less than 24 hrs ago. Im using this for my dual monitor when im outside.
Everything is good, function, touching, resolution...
Except that my mouse gets invisible after awhile..
If the mouse gets invisible its really hard to get track of what you are doing. My productivity decreases as of result.
I like to get a refund if possible.
